The hotel was very clean. the location was good. It was close to vendôme, tuillery, concorde and the louvre. i found the staff helpful with directions.

charming stay in central location
easy access effective air conditioning patient staff
the location allowed easy walking access to shops and attractions (it was super convenient). the room had effective air conditioning, so important. the staff addressed my request to cancel the airport transfer at 12:45 am and they were so patient.
the shower controls were very stiff and hard to adjust. this made using the shower quite difficult.

the front desk staff provided an upgrade that was appreciated. the night staff was helpful in ensuring our early morning airport transfer was cancelled, even with my late request. the staff overall was very friendly and flexible.

really good stay
reasonable size helpful staff fantastic location quiet room
the room was a reasonable size and spotlessly clean. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the hotel's location is fantastic with easy access to transport and attractions. my room on the ground floor courtyard remained very quiet.
the lift was sometimes slow , causing a bit of a wait when going up or down.

the breakfast offered a decent variety , with fresh pastries and fruit available. the coffee machine provided several options , including cappuccinos and espressos. the dining area was clean , well kept , and adequately spacious.

the front desk staff were always available and promptly addressed any questions. housekeeping maintained the room impeccably each day , ensuring fresh towels and linens. the concierge provided helpful directions and information about nearby attractions , offering maps and brochures.

clean rooms central location helpful front desk faulty shower uncomfortable beds short bed
the front desk was good. they helped me find good restaurants. the rooms was super clean, i liked that. the location was also very central, it was easy to walk around.
the shower, it didn't worked well at all. i struggled to get it work. the bed consisted of two single beds, pushed together. this made it shorter, and my legs hanged off the edge.
